Dvxel Inc. provides software development, AI solutions, consulting, and related services ("Services"). The scope and delivery terms are specified in individual project agreements and contracts.

• Conduct automated scraping or data harvesting
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Violate third-party rights or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide Services "as-is" with industry-standard care. Dvxel Inc. does not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation. We disclaim all implied warranties not explicitly stated in project agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dvxel Inc.'s liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period specified in project agreements (typically 2-3 years).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate Services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or court proceedings as specified.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
